SIA recuiting!
Went for the SIA Cabin Crew interview today
Whoa...crowded sia...popular job I suppose!
They split us up into groups of 10, with no mixed sexes...
And then round one... a 1 minute inpromptu describetion of a given topic...
My heart was racing..haven't had that feeling for a long time...
After we were all done...we were all asked to wait outside...
See, here's the thing. When we saw the groups before us enter the interview rooms, results were given *immediately*..meaning to say "you you stay..the rest thx for your time" kinda thing.
And since we were ALL asked to wait, we were very confidant as a group, all agreeing that everyone's performance was actually pretty good, and that we might actually be the only group with all going in!
Alas..in the end, only 6 of us were chosen.
Yea I wish. I was among the 4. ^^
Hey, no hard feelings. What I want to know is...why did I fail..and how can I improve? That's the worst part of the whole experience because...there was no feedback at all.
Not that it is expected of them, I mean, comeon, its SIA.
However..I feel that one of the worst things to happen to you is that you can't learn from a mistake, especially when you are aware of making it.
Well, lets see what happens in 2 months time ^^
